In 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3', the Turtles are transported back to feudal Japan through a mystical time portal. They must team up with a warrior named Mitsu to rescue their friend April O'Neil and thwart the evil plans of the villainous Lord Norinaga, all while battling Shredder's forces across time.
