Sonny John Moore, professionally known as Skrillex, is an American electronic music producer, DJ, and composer born on January 15, 1988. Emerging from the post-hardcore band From First to Last, he launched a successful solo career, pioneering the dubstep genre and influencing modern electronic music. Skrillex's contributions to video game music include his work on the 2012 reboot of "Syndicate," where he composed the score, blending his signature sound with the game’s cyberpunk aesthetic.
